About
As a UX Architect Olga Howard is a product design information architect working in the tradition of innovation and User Experience (UX) design at Apollo Matrix. Olga is interested in helping firms in all aspects of product strategy, information architecture, usability testing and other UX-related initiatives.
In her last assignment Olga was UX Lead at Three Pillar Global where she helped guide the UX team in strategy, information architecture, and interaction design. She helped define AARPs travel toolkit, Health Prime International’s medical mobile apps, GHS’s communication mobile app, and the Wireless Matrix fleet mobile app.
Prior to joining Three Pillar Global Olga was an independent contractor who helped guide Marriott International’s Rewards program community strategy and product definition, helped MTV define their social network strategy and reputation economy, and was instrumental in helping the Department of Defense define their technical information portal that serves all branches of the military.
Olga is a co-founder of The UX Workshop and is helping with the yearly UXCamp DC event.

Olga has a Bachelors degree in Fine Arts from the University of California at Santa Cruz (UCSC). She is a member of the Information Architecture Institute (iainstitute.org).
